Paul Collins

Paul has many years of residential sales experience in and around the Melton area. He has worked hard to establish a team of individuals who complement each other and work with the sole aim of providing top class customer service. He set his sights on standing out above his competitors by providing the best home moving advice and Paul is very proud of the results. The team at Middletons offer a high level of customer service and this is reflected in the positive reviews we regularly receive after moving day.

Hazel Turfitt

Sales Manager | MNAEA

Hazel started her estate agency career in 1995 with the Halifax and has managed numerous residential sales branches in and around the Melton area since then. Having worked in the property profession for so long, there isn’t anything that she can’t handle. Not only is she knowledgeable, but she is also honest and straight talking yet still approachable. She has a fantastic knowledge, not only of Melton but also the surrounding villages. She is Licenced with the National Association of Estate Agents having qualified for the Level 3 Technical Award.

Sharon Bloxam

Negotiator/Valuer |

Sharon is one of our Sales Negotiators having a wealth of experience in estate agency. Not only is Sharon on the Sales Team but she also visits our new properties to prepare the marketing material. She has a keen eye for detail which she uses to make her sales particulars factual yet interesting. Sharon was born in Melton Mowbray and has a great knowledge of the town and surrounding areas. She enjoys country walks and drawings.

Julie Sadio

Sales Progressor |

Julie is our dedicated Sales Progressor who ensures all parties know what they need to do and when they need to do it. She is highly experienced in the house buying process and therefore can answer any queries along the way and often see off problems before they even arise! Julie will stay in contact with conveyancers and mortgage companies to ensure things are running smoothly and also keep in contact with other estate agents in the chain to make sure they are in turn doing the same for their clients. After all, a sale will only move as quickly as the slowest link! Approachable and talking your language, Julie will explain and take the formality out of the legal jargon. When not looking after her work family, she loves to be at home, enjoying fun times with her Grandchildren and sharing extended family meals.

Erin Homewood

Sales Receptionist |

Erin is a born and bred Meltonian, so she has local knowledge of all that goes on here. From the moment a buyer tells Erin what they are looking for she is off on the hunt for the right property, listening to their feedback and adapting their requirements when needed in order to get them into their dream property. She comes to us with some experience as she has been in the industry for a year but is looking forward to adding to her skill set by learning from the experienced team at Middletons. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her dog Maisie and going to the football to support her local team, Leicester City.

Nicola McKenzie

Lettings |

Nicola has worked in the industry since 2004 both in Melton Mowbray & Loughborough and has covered all aspects of the job over the years from receptionist to manager. Nicola is a Sales and Lettings Valuer and her knowledge of the local town and surrounding area has helped lots of clients, from those relocating to the area and locals alike. She also has an interior design degree, so if it's help you need to present your property to sell, or ideas for your new home invite her over. It can be a happy time when moving house and it can also be a lot to take in, so a friendly face is always welcome. Nicola lives in Melton with her partner and has two grown up daughters, who share her passion for property. Nicola also loves up-cycling and spending time in her garden and walks along the beach.
