As a buyer, I found Middletons to be very helpful and efficient. Hazel was personable and great at keeping me up to date and explaining the whole process. Moving after 26 yrs is a big issue and she explained more than my online solicitors. If you are selling a house you should definitely consider them to market it for you. Obviously, their goal is to sell, but I truly felt like an equal customer. In looking for properties over a long period of time I had contact with lots of estate agents. They are not all the same!
