Whether you are an experienced landlord or renting out your property for the first time we are on hand to help you every step of the way and we have a range of packages to fit your needs
Fully Managed: £300 setup fee + 10% monthly charge, deducted from each months rent.
Tenant Find Plus: £500 Payable on commencement of the tenancy and deducted from the first months rent.
Tenant Find: £300 Payable on acceptance of the tenant by the landlord
