We have selected these firms as they offer a reliable service to our customers.

 

Conveyancing

Middletons Estate Agents can arrange quotations from two local firms if you do not have a conveyancer in place already.  These are Taylor Rose and Edward Hands and Lewis. These firms pay upto £150 plus vat per transaction to Middletons.

 

Financial Services 

If you do not have a mortgage provider in mind already we can refer you to one of two local mortgage brokers, The Mortgage Experts and Connolly Financial Planning. Should you decide to use their services, upon successful completion Middletons Estate Agents will receive a referral fee, this varies depending on the mortgage size but is usually between £100.00 - £300.00.

 

Surveyors

Middletons Estate Agents can arrange quotes from local surveyors. The firms we work with regularly are Shires surveyors, CWH surveyors and Rutland surveyors, who provide the referring staff member with either a shopping voucher or cash in the region of £30 - £60.

 

Energy Performance Certificates

Where applicable, we may recommend the services of a local Domestic Energy Assessor – Sycamore Energy Assessors Ltd.  There is no referral fee received from the company.
