Middletons is a 'family business' with an unrelenting commitment to the highest professional standards.
Michael has 25 years senior management experience in sectors as diverse as Document Management, IT and Recruitment prior to founding Middletons.
Creativity, integrity, quality and ethics are at the core of Michael's business philosophy and his aim is to continue to build Middletons into an acclaimed brand that is revered and trusted by customers, suppliers and business partners alike.
In a nutshell Michael believes that 'we only succeed if we help you succeed in achieving your property goals... '.
Michael is happily married to his co founder of Middletons, Abi Silver, and they live between their house in Hertfordshire and their apartment in Melton Mowbray with their three young children.

Abi has enjoyed a succesful career in the leisure industry intially as a fashion and photographic model having graduated from the London College of Fashion. She also studied Modern Greek at Westminster University.
Having 'starred' in many TV commercials as well as appearing in films like 'Backbeat' (an acclaimed film about The Beatles early career), 'The World Is Not Enough' (one of the series of Bond films featuring Pierce Brosnan) and 'Mad Dogs and Englishmen' to name but a few, Abi appeared regularly on 'This Morning' and many other TV shows before her career then progressed into TV presentation, corporate and V.I.P. hospitality management as well as her own property development interests.
Like her husband and business partner Michael, Abi never accepts 'second best' and is working in a variety of roles to help promote Middletons and establish the company as a 'first choice' estate agency brand for buyers, sellers, tennants and landords who put excellent service and integrity at the top of their list of requirements from their property agents.

Paul was invited to be a partner in Middletons not least because of his untiring dedication to serving his customers in all his previous business roles. These included senior service and after sales managment positions at leading firms marketing Mercedes, BMW & Lexus brands to name a few.
Paul eventually moved into Estate Agency and for 5 years worked as the Senior Negotiator for Premier Move of HItchin, Hertfordshire a leading multi-branch agency. His infectious enthusiasm for property and success inspires all around him and it would be fair to say Paul is often the Middletons 'trump card' when it comes to winning new instructions and achieving sales.
As a shareholder and partner in the business Paul shares a joint vision with Michael & Abi for Middletons and splits his time between homes in Hitchin and Melton in the never ending persuit of his goal of placing Middletons at the forefront of the Estate Agency sector.
